Fish Report

Fishing continues to improve along the coast as calm seas have made for excellent conditions both offshore and along the beaches. Tarpon are steadily migrating down the shoreline, providing anglers with exciting sight-fishing opportunities during the early morning hours. Nearshore, shrimp boats have been a major focal point, attracting huge concentrations of bait along with plenty of dolphins and sharks feeding in their wake. Inshore, the snook bite remains strong, especially around moving water during the incoming tide, while redfish are settling into their summertime patterns earlier than usual this year. Water temperatures are holding between 81-84°, and with beautiful mornings and only scattered afternoon showers, conditions remain ideal for getting on the water.
